SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

Thank you for choosing JYR Music. As a trusted partner for global musical instrument wholesalers, retailers, and institutions, we are committed to providing safe, reliable, and efficient international shipping services.

1. Order Processing & Lead Time

Because our violins, violas, cellos, and bows are carefully inspected and set up by professional luthiers before departure, our standard order processing time from placement to shipment is approximately 7 business days (1 week) for standard wholesale orders. For large bulk orders or custom OEM/ODM requests, the specific timeline will be confirmed individually via our Proforma Invoice (PI).

2. Shipping Methods & Global Delivery

We ship worldwide from our facility in China. Depending on your order volume, urgency, and budget, we offer multiple shipping methods:

Express Shipping: Partnered with DHL, FedEx, UPS, and EMS for fast, door-to-door delivery (typically 5–10 business days).

Air Freight: Suitable for medium-to-large shipments delivered to your nearest international airport.

Ocean Freight: The most cost-effective option for bulk container shipments delivered to your designated destination port.

3. Shipment Insurance & Risk Mitigation

Musical instruments are delicate and fragile. To protect your business investment, JYR purchases shipping insurance for EVERY single order at no extra worry to you. Title and major risk management transfer to the buyer according to the agreed Incoterms (e.g., EXW, FOB, CIF) stated in your invoice, backed fully by our cargo insurance coverage.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international shipments, the recipient/buyer is considered the importer of record and must comply with all local laws and regulations. Wholesale prices do not include local import duties, VAT, or customs clearance fees, which are the sole responsibility of the buyer upon arrival.

5. Tracking Your Shipment

Once your order is handed over to the logistics carrier, a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number or Bill of Lading (B/L) will be sent to your registered business email immediately.
