Q: What tonewood are you using to make?
A: We use naturally air-dried spruce and maple aged 5+ years, sourced from Sichuan (China) and Europe.
Q: Are your instruments hand-crafted or machine-made?
A: All instruments are handcrafted by experienced luthiers, following traditional Italian-style construction methods.
Q: Are the instruments set up before shipping?
A: Violins and violas are typically set up and ready to play before shipping.
For cellos, to reduce the risk of shipping damage, we usually pack them with the strings, bridge, tailpiece, and soundpost removed, and all accessories are packed separately.

Q: Do you offer OEM/Private Label services?
A: Absolutely,we support custom branding, labeling, and varnish options.
Q: What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?
A: We support small businesses with a flexible MOQ of only 3-5 units.
3. Shipping & Packaging
Q: How do you protect instruments during international shipping?
A: We use shock-resistant packaging with reinforced protection for safe international delivery,it has a 99% damage-free delivery record.
Q: What are the shipping methods and lead times?
A: By FedEx/DHL: 5–7days.
By China Post: 20–30 days.
By Sea: 30–45 days.
Stock items ship in 3–5 business days.
Q: Do you offer worldwide shipping?
A: Yes, we ship our instruments and bows to over 50 countries worldwide, including the US, Europe, Australia, and Asia. We partner with reliable carriers like Fedex, DHL, China Post and professional sea freight agents to ensure safe and timely delivery.
4. Bows
Q: Is the Bow is included in the instrument or buy separately?
A: Bows are not included with the instruments by default. We offer Brazilwood, carbon fiber, and Pernambuco bows, with options for beginner, intermediate, and professional players.
5. Payments & Warranty
Q: What is your warranty policy?
A: We provide One-year warranty, lifetime after-sales service. If a structural issue occurs under normal use, we will offer a replacement, repair support, or credit toward your next order (based on evaluation).
Q: Which payment methods do you accept?
Answer: We accept Credit Card, T/T (Bank Transfer), PayPal (for samples),Western Union.
6. Sound Video
Q: Do you provide sound sample videos for instruments?
Answer: Yes. We can provide sound sample videos based on your requested models, setup preferences, and playing style.
7. After-Sales & Support
Q: What if the instrument arrives damaged?
A: Please contact us within 48 hours after delivery and share photos/videos of the package and instrument. We will support you with a solution as quickly as possible.
Q: Do you offer replacements or compensation?
A: Yes. Depending on the situation, we can offer replacement parts, repair support, partial credit, or replacement.
Q: Can you provide spare parts for maintenance?
A: Yes. We can supply common spare parts such as bridges,strings,tailpieces, pegs, endpins.
