Since our business primarily operates on a Business-to-Business (B2B) and wholesale model, our refund and return policies are structured differently from standard retail stores to ensure commercial fairness.</p>

<h2>1. Wholesale Sales Policy</h2>
<p>All wholesale orders, customized OEM/ODM products, and bulk institutional purchases are considered final. We do not accept returns, cancellations, or refunds for "change of mind" or unsold inventory once production or shipment has commenced.</p>

<h2>2. Transit Damages & Insurance Claims</h2>
<p>As stated in our Shipping Policy, every shipment is fully insured. In the rare event that your instruments arrive damaged during transit:</p>

  <li><strong>Step 1:</strong> Inspect the outer packaging and pallets immediately upon delivery before signing the carrier's receipt.</li>
  <li><strong>Step 2:</strong> If any damage is found, take clear photos and an unboxing video of the damaged items and the packaging.</li>
  <li><strong>Step 3:</strong> Contact us at <strong>wholesale@jyrmusic.com</strong> within <strong>7 days</strong> of arrival. We will file a claim with the insurance company and immediately arrange for replacement parts, item swaps, or issue a store credit for your next order to minimize your business downtime.</li>

<h2>3. Lifetime Manufacturing Warranty</h2>
<p>We provide a <strong>lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects</strong> (such as structural wood splitting or joint separation due to craftsmanship errors under normal humidity and storage conditions). This warranty does not cover natural wear and tear (e.g., strings, bridge adjustments, bow hair, varnish scratches) or damages caused by improper handling, accidents, or extreme climate exposure.</p>
