  • The production process begins with a selection of high-quality wood blanks—often pernambuco—cut to size and prepared for shaping. Each blank is chosen for its grain, strength, and tonal potential, forming the foundation of a well-balanced bow.


  • Skilled artisans use traditional methods to bend the bow stick into its graceful curve using heat and pressure. The curve is critical for the bow’s flexibility, response, and playability, ensuring optimal performance for the musician.

  • In the final stages, the frog slot is precisely carved, and the bow stick is prepared for mounting with components such as the ebony frog, eyelet, and button. Each bow is meticulously checked for alignment and balance before assembly.
